Terms of service

Shipping is calculated at checkout and I offer flat rate shipping rates for all orders. Books and movies ship from separate warehouses and cannot be combined into the same flat rate shipping. All orders are shipped 2 working days, and deliver usually within 10 days of ordering. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Some orders will be shipped by partners directly to your home.

Full refund available within 30 days

Returns:
I guarantee all movies sold with no questions asked for 30 days after you receive them (by the tracking number) provided it is postmarked for return by the 30th day, and will replace the movie if available or give you a full refund if there are any problems with your videos. A refund will consist of your full payment, including the original shipping paid for your movie. Contact me, and I will send a return postage label if there are any problems with any disc playing. I will allow one return per order, so if there is more than 1 movie then all must be returned at once, or you will be responsible for shipping for any further returns.
All New DVD’s may be returned unopened only for a full refund minus shipping, if you happen to change your mind about the movie.

All other lines (books, vinyl, etc) carry the same no question guarantee of 30 days, however the 90 day warranty below will not apply.

Warranty:
I also offer an extended warranty for 90 days on all movies purchased, new and pre-viewed… If you buy a movie from us and the kids decide to play frisbee with the disc, and you can’t watch it from all the scratches, popcorn butter grease, or just kiddie fingerprints, you can send it back to us (at your expense) and we will clean it for you, then return it to you in a few days (at our expense!) So, I can clean any disc you buy from us for a little over a $3 cost to you instead of paying the full price to replace it. That’s just our way of saying “Thank you” for shopping with us!
