The Black Diamond Effect: Barbarian Martian #1 (Color Edition) - Paperback

by George Peter Gatsis (Author), George Peter Gatsis (Artist)

In the aftermath of Robert E. Howard's public-domain tale Red Nails, a battle-hardened Cimmerian swordsman finds himself torn from the ruins of a dying city and cast across unimaginable distance.

Awakening beneath alien skies, he walks a world of ochre deserts, ruined sea-bottom cities, towering warriors, and strange codes of honor unlike any he has known. Steel and instinct remain his only guides as he navigates rival tribes, decadent courts, and creatures born of a world long past its prime.

Barbarian Martian is an independent work of sword-and-planet fiction, drawing exclusively from public-domain sources. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any current rights holders associated with the characters or settings that inspired it.
